JohnH: One good thing about KDM is that the service is reliably good. I have some places with uneven experiences. I bought my Stinger in August 2020. I bought several accessories over the next six months from KDM. And, then recently came back to the forum and ordered more accessories. If anything, the service is faster now -- and the service in 2023 is unrivaled. I am grateful, too. Cars are my toys. I should be able to customize them. (see discussion)

ThunderBoy724: Just want to say thanks to Sal at KDM Warehouse. I ordered a billet oil dipstick and it arrived damaged in shipping. Sent a picture of the damaged one and he had another one in the mail the next day. Great customer service I'd order anything again with no hesitation.
Also I ordered a set of the CK71 lights way back in March. Due to supply issues they were delayed. When I emailed with an inquiry Sal put me in contact directly with Chris who has kept me up to date and even sent them by express courier. Great customer service again. Thumbs up to both! (see post)

Bozko: Ordered my beige one (from FL) on 1/5 and received it (in MI) on 1/9. I got an immediate order acknowledgment when I placed the order and excellent and timely communication until it arrived. A superb order fulfillment process! The armrest cover is gorgeous and well made. As others have commented, I too, thought the fabric "sleeve" was not going to stretch enough for it to fit, but it did and it's a perfect fit! It looks and feels awesome and I find it to be the perfect height. Thanks Sal! You knocked it out of the park with this product and kudos to you for the tenacity to get it manufactured in beige!!! I share Popeye's opinion that I wish there was a way to elevate the door arm rest too. Now THERE'S an engineering challenge. (see post)

Tinter: Yes got to say it (and from a business owner as well), Sal’s expertise, his products, integrity are beyond compare at Kiastinger.com. Emails are answered promptly, service is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble.
Don’t buy anywhere else for what you need and it’s good to know that here in Australia which couldn’t get much further away, all aspects of my transactions and referrals have met with 10/10.

AKStinger: Hi all! I just wanted to give a review of Sal, and his store. First of all, his responses to my numerous questions have all been very quick, in many cases immediate. Second, his service and shipping time has been quicker than I would expect, again almost immediate. He's so prompt I have to wonder if he's otherwise retired or something??;)
Finally, I had a problem with one part being broken when it arrived. The packaging was clearly crushed and had been mishandled during the shipping process. Sal replaced it at no charge (against my wishes, it doesn't seem right for someone else's mistake to affect his bottom line) and once again, shipped it off immediately.
