1. No lie, fastest shipping period!

3. Took back a BOV even though Terry from BMS was 100% correct that it was not the cause of my issue! Already apologized to Terry lol:)
4. Personal service...Sal texted me and reached out to Terry for help with the above issue, had no problem getting on phone too!
5. Sal was willing to eat the cost of the BOV that would come from selling as used because I had put it on my car!

Guys and gals, give Sal some of your business (or all lol) he bends over backwards for support and making customers happy!!!!

My issue is solved, apologies went out to Sal and Terry for taking their time on something completely unrelated to their product. Bought my JB4 and BMS intake from Sal because of how he handled my issue and I am going to buy back the tial from him as new so he won't be stuck and have to sell as used:)

AKStinger: Hi all! I just wanted to give a review of Sal, and his store. First of all, his responses to my numerous questions have all been very quick, in many cases immediate. Second, his service and shipping time has been quicker than I would expect, again almost immediate. He's so prompt I have to wonder if he's otherwise retired or something??;)

Finally, I had a problem with one part being broken when it arrived. The packaging was clearly crushed and had been mishandled during the shipping process. Sal replaced it at no charge (against my wishes, it doesn't seem right for someone else's mistake to affect his bottom line) and once again, shipped it off immediately.
